Financial Transparency

The LGBT Asylum Project is committed to full transparency in how we steward the resources entrusted to us by our donors and supporters. Every dollar we receive goes toward providing life-changing legal representation to LGBT asylum seekers who have nowhere else to turn. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are required to file an annual Form 990 with the IRS, which provides a comprehensive overview of our finances, governance, and programs.
